MIGS, the first paranormal group based out of Moultrie County, Illinois, (but covering all of the Central Illinois area) is pleased to announce we have undergone several changes in the recent past that has made our research group better in all aspects.   As with most paranormal groups in the area, things have slowed down with winter here, but spring is just around the corner!  We have several people interested in becoming part of the MIGS team, resulting a information meeting being planned sometime after the first of the year.  (Details will be posted at a later date and specific information will be posted for members of the private Yahoo MIGS page).   We hope that everyone had a happy and safe holiday season and welcome to the new year!                      MIGS Moderators
